True it is a FSB coin. Hoever, just as with all the others you've posted, lots of dents and scratches. AND too all similar to the others you've been posting. Where were all these that got the same marks? All the ones you've posted are similar in grade too. All are from about EF-40 up to about AU-55. Without those dinks and marks, some could go much higher.

I have the same concerns as just carl does, too many small surface marks. Maybe FSB but I don't think the coin makes MS. just my humble opinion.

I'm not even sure about FSB. FSB means all THREE band pairs must be split. I can't see the split in the top bands.

@just carl...and others
This coin and others came from two different collections I have recently picked up.
The dents and marks are actually my fault with the camera. I wanted to take very detailed pictures for proper grading and I ended up messing it up. I chose a camera setting the emphasizes detail. It does not make a coin's real details look any better, which I suppose is a good thing, but it does pick up every single little mark and dent. This coin and all others actually have very nice smooth surfaces in hand. The marks are all nearly invisible in hand. Furthermore, I mistakenly chose a camera angle that seams to make it look like every coin has striations on the left from the striking process. This does not really exist in hand.
I did a horrible job photographing these and the grades, so far, are suffering because of it. A couple I believe are actually BU, but the photos make them look AU. The 21-PD are VF/XF IMO and the 26-S is XF, but the other non-BU pieces are AU, yet some are saying XF. All except the 21PD and 26-S have decent or great original luster.

how is the luster? The obverse looks washed out and over-dipped almost polished to me, very white with no visible luster.....but it could just be the pics.

looks dipped in the first pic although that could be washout regardless of camera settings, the coin has the marks it has and it is not an MS example it might make high AU with the details and the top band is not full split

If there is luster there we can't see then I think you have a shot at the dreaded MS-60. Those scratches on the jawline won't make a grader happy

Regardless of the photos, all of the ones you've been posting have similar dents, dinks, scratches. None should really make a MS grade due to those. And again, regardless of the photo quality, those marks are there. On some a real lot of them and deep. I really wonder why so many are similar with those markings. You mentioned from two different collections. You might want to discuss those marks with the seller. It is really odd that so many of those marks are the same on so many coins.
