It is a 1917 Lincoln Cent which was listed on ebay as, "Looks to be a Matte Proof - MUST SEE" with an opening bid of $200. It is a very special coin indeed since no proof Lincoln Cents were struck in 1917. I have dealt with the person who sells these rolls of 2009-P nickels in the past. Said person has always been VERY clear as to what they're selling, whether that be original BU rolls, low-grade circulated ones, or coins somewhere in between. Said seller typically undergrades the coins they sell. Perhaps I should ping them to check their records to see when they sold said item to this person.
