I believe it is a 222C. I believe it is a C3 reverse and broken 4th right star. VAMs 221-229. Without pictures of the eye it will be hard for anyone to confirm but the die clash marks by the neck match up. I suppose it could be the 222D but I don't see all of those markers on your coin.

Anytime I am having difficulty with determining the reverse design I look at the attribution guide at the top of the 1878 VAM page. http://www.vamworld.com/1878-P-2012...bution_guide
