With where the right EPU scroll edge meets up with the mid area of the right leg of the A in AMERICA I'm thinking O-112. Wait for someone else to confirm just in case.

I would concur. O-112. Based on the recut star 10. The base of the A in STATES being higher than base of second T. Sharp center dot between crossbars 4 and 5.
