I did change the settings in my cam to 8.1 the highest it can go, is there a way to increase the size in windows live photo and keep it under 100kb? Ty for grade opinions on the coins, Jon.

Use the forum image optimiser,seems to work well as long as your pics are <5m.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
