I moved your thread to the Identification section.

We would need closer pictures of the coin to show detail, and out of the 2x2 would be better.

It is indeed a coin, and is indeed silver; it's a 1 franc. This particular design, showing the emperor wearing a laurel wreath rather than being bare-headed and the coat-of-arms on the reverse, was issued 1866-1870.

I will take it out of the 2x2 and take more picture, can you tell me a value on this coin? Thanks sap so I was right a bit I toke a guess
