IMO, easily an EF-45 with a good chance of AU-50. Beautiful coin and a beautiful design.

Doesn't that hit right in front of Liberty's nose and in the reverse field bother anyone? I know with coins like this there is a tolerance in the TPGs for this type of "circulation" but being that it is located in such a focal point, would it not receive a details grade?
