I never do good with grading but when I saw the off center rim I did say WOW. Makes me wonder if it was a day dreaming Friday or a hung-over Monday, someone was not paying attention to their press that day.

I don't think the mis-aligned die adds much to the coin; IMO rather minor. And the die crack (or scratch), while interesting, doesn't add much either.
But maybe the combo of both will nudge the value slightly.
And there appears to be a bit more happening in the die crack (or scratch) area.

I see a misaligned die but since no design elements fall over the edge there is no premium. Also the die cracks are expected as the dies strike coins so minor cracks like this are not enough to stop the presses. If you look at the cents from the early and mid 80's you will find many with cracks like this. There have been several posts in the past where someone pointed out they consider cracks like this a die state and not an error coin. One exception to this is ebay. On ebay every little minor defect is considered an error. I am not saying you should not keep it. Everyone should collect what they like. I just think it is important to know what you have.

As noted the misalignment falls within the acceptable range; only when something gets cut off do you see a premium. The cracks are normal for the time period and location on the die.

Here's an example of a good MAD Added the reverse for comparison. The 1983 reverse die crack is so common I would suspect you would find one for every 100 searched. I would like to find one with cracks on all four corners of the building but I do not notice them unless I am actually looking for them.

Nice 1993 MAD DrDon. Here is a 1966 Lincoln MAD. The reverse shows a weakness in the area opposite the unstruck part of the obverse:

may get $1 on ebay. I usually save up the off center pennies that I find, I can usually sell a whole roll of them for about $15, but it add a real nice bu coin into the mix to make them sell
