I am having a contest for my website giving away some of my hard earned silver coins. I posted the link here only to see it deleted. Are there rules against this or was it in the improper forum? Surely it is not spam, and it is legit. What gives?

The contest is not spammy. I am giving away my hard earned silver coin by doing so. It is ran by a professional organization, and there was nothing offensive about it. Have you confused promotion with spam? Or is it against your rules to promote. I read your forum rules and could not find anything against promotion. But if these are your rules I understand, its just nice to have an explanation.

Edit: Thanks in advance.

From the Rules:

I understand and thank you. I will try again down the road. I don't post a lot here so I may not reach 50 anytime soon. Thank you for the response.
