I know nothing about banknotes. I recently got a series 2003-A $2 bill with a serial number of E00051964A and a series 2006 $20 bill with an interesting serial number- IB33662246A. Are these worth anything over face?

Both are circulated

Both spenders, the serials are a long ways off from anything meaningful.
