This is off of a falling horseman coin from either Constantius II but more than likely Constantius Gallus. The mint mark has me baffled.

The nearest I can get to it is Thessalonica
Sacra Moneta TS.

The 'r' is probably the Greek gamma 'Y' which would mean the third officina (would translate to the Latin letter 'T') of the Thessalonica Mint.

SMTSG it may be listed as, they oftwn use the latin alphabet in place of the greek character.
