What do you think? Full EF? Or VF-30/VF-35?

Looks at least ef40 to me. Maybe ef45. A bit too much wear on the hair on the top of the head and on the hair below the ear to make it higher, just my opinion though.

Very sharp details on the reverse but I don't think that's uncommon for these 20 cents. Is that doubling on the A in Victoria?

Overall a very attractive coin!
