I'll say Obv is VF-30, Rev is VF-20, so I'll go with net of VF-25.

VF-25 overall grade. Obverse is better than the Reverse

Gotta pull these from the 2x2's to image.

I have it at a solid XF40, maybe 45, and here's why:

This is O-102, evidenced by the visible recutting of Star 12 and the arrowheads. They uniformly show a terrible strike on the eagle's right wing which deceives the casual grader. Look at the stars, the hair, the talons and the left wing, and exclude the right wing when grading.
