Just as an update, I am now able to sign-in to my account on-line. When I got the email saying they received my submission I replied and asked for some assistance into establishing my account. Since this to an actual person and not a general mailbox, I got a response very quickly and I am now set-up.
At this point, I am satisfied with how this has turned out. Now to wait 3 weeks for the results!

OK, a strict G rating, I can live with that. I have a 6 yo son. FWIW, I don't know anything about masks and filters....barely computer literate. Just thought using dollar signs was a cute way of saying it....almost like a smile. Recently saw a thread here where a couple of people were talking about stealing coins from fountains for their collections. Even though they replaced the coins with other coins, to me it's still stealing. I wouldn't want my son to think that's ok either. I did say something about it in that thread. Sorry to take this thread sideways. I do enjoy this forum and will comply to the rules. Ed

I'm wondering how my 3 cent and Morgan dollar are going to do. If any come back detailed I'm done with ANACS... The Morgan is not cleaned and so isn't the Three Cent. I think my Three Cent is F-15 or a little better. My Morgan should be AU-50 or CCF overgraded it, lol. ANACS P.O box got my coins yesterday but no update. I'm running late because the dang mail took form the 3rd to the 9th... USPS first class. Huh... I see I forgot to put my customer number. Is that important?

I too have just sent three coins to ANACS and it is also my first time sending to a TPG. I too was receiving errors while trying to register for the site but I was able to get help over the phone. Apparently the request had to be "approved." They are certainly much more responsive over the phone than they are to e-mail.

Yes, to register you won't get through unless you call. I had the same problem when I sent in my first submissions and tried to register through their site. also I was told they only pick up at the P.O box each Friday.

Wow! Only pick-up at the post office box on Friday! Did they tell you that? How do they get the coins that they individually have to sign for? Only Friday also? As far as I know the only address is the PO box, whether you have them sign for it or not? My shipment was only Delivery Confirmation, but what if I required a signature, who would sign for it and where? Thanks. Ed

When I called them after not seeing my coins up on the site (after I got through to registering my account) I was told give if a few days, they pick up at the post office on Fridays. That was what I was told on the phone, I have no idea if that's how they do things normally but it took quite a long time before the coins actually showed up on my account. I think the delivery confirmation is just saying they are at the PO. I think they have a slip that they have to sign on each package before they can take the coins. Confirmation of delivery was Nov 23rd (a Saturday) I was told they would get to the PO on Friday,Nov 29th...maybe the Thanksgiving Holiday had something to do with it, but that's what they said. I am also still waiting for them to correct the certification number search error on my coin, 1916 TY1 vs 1917 Ty1 Standing quarter. but that's another topic... As busy as they may be, I am not impressed with my first ever submissions to a TPG.

RK55, OK, good to know. Funny, when I talked to them on the phone, the guy said they sign for EVERYTHING. Maybe they DO have to sign for everything even though I didn't request signature confirmation. Appreciate the info. Post Office once per week? Whoa!

If theyre only picking them up once a week (which is incredibly lazy) they would have to sign for everything from the missed package slips the PO has before theyll release something.

Glad to hear it showed up on the website, now all we can do is wait.
Like I said previously, this is my first submission and I hope the coins grade what I think they should and they get the variety designation that they are.

Yeah, I have a variety attribute on one of mine too. I paid the extra $7 to hopefully make sure they add it. I've seen coins like mine graded by them that don't have the attribute.....assuming that someone didn't pay the extra few bucks

yhbearcats....how'd your coins do? One of mine graded 'details' which I expected. The other did real nice at VF30. ANACS is back on my good side now

According to their website, my coins graded AU-58 and VG-10. I expected the AU-58 for the one, but was thinking the other one would be F-12 or F-15. Both got the variety designation I expected as well, so I am happy.
Did you receive them back yet? I haven't gotten mine yet. The grades were posted on their website last Tuesday and the tracking status still says "Finalizing". It has said that since last Thursday. Not sure how long this normally takes to receive them back.

I'm in the same boat as you. Saw mine on the website too, and still waiting to actually receive them. Does seem like they have been "finalizing" for quite a while. I'm not concerned. Thanks for the reply.
