Yes they did at first, back in the early 70's, but I took thecoinguy1964's comment to be a questions as to whether PCGS may have missed the call on this submission. My point being that since this is a well known counterfeit that has been known for over 40 years, the first thing you do with an 1882 three is look in the R foe that Omega. If an Omega got past a TPG today it would be a real embarrassment.
