To me these look plated. The 43D is damaged also. Some deep scratches show it was plated AFTER the damage.

I agree. These do look plated. Could be the lighting... but they look a little less than sharp in the fine details (wheat stalks, hair, etc...). IF they weren't plated but in this same condition I see no reason why they wouldn't be 63. The chops on the 43d kill that one unfortunately. Again, I'm almost sure they are plated though.
