It looks like damage to me. I don't see any lines that are only in low spots of the device, behind letters or low areas of the portrait.

I could be wrong, but my guess would have to be PMD.

Experts? What do ya think?

Thanks guys. My thoughts are there may be two different occasions of damage. There is damage to the device that wouldn't be explained by the striations imo. Thoughts?
