Hi,

Please assist me to identify this coin's:

1) O (Overton) number and

2) R level number and

3) type or description and

4) grade

This coin also has edge lettering stating, 'FIFTY CENTS HALF *A DOLLAR'. Is the star preceding the 'A' above a normal occurrence.?
