I have a Wii up for auction on ebay.

Account name tichman_1 asked what it would cost to ship to the Philippines, and his profile says NY, United States.

Many people say they will only ship to confirmed PayPal accounts, I'm assuming so someone can't hack an account and pay with someone else's money?

Should I tell this person I will only ship to confirmed PayPal account?

My LAST auction (trying to sell the same Wii) got yanked by ebay because someone was bidding using a stolen account.

I don't think this is a stolen account, but if you are going to accept Paypal, you have to only ship to confirmed US addresses in order to be covered by the Seller Protection. It's not an issue if you're going to accept money orders, but you need to let this person know that, if he is not going to want it shipped to a confirmed US address, he will not be able to pay via Paypal.
