hi all have this 1989 10p rusty on one side very nice on the outher is it PMD or something else weight is ok size is ok just rusty on one side and the rim only on the front

Looks like typical "fake velvet damage" to me. Back in the 1960s and 1970s, some privately-made boxes for displaying coins were lined with a fluffy fake velvet. It looked nice, but it was made of acid-treated plastic and the acid slowly leached out onto any coins stored in them for a long period. Franklin Mint proof set cases from the 1970s are notorious for damaging coins like this.
