1910 Threepence Grade, Worth Slabbing?

Is it MS64 (or higher) and does it have any issues that might get the thumbs down from PCGS BTW I already have a NGC MS64 1910 threepence so I will get the opportunity to really compare the 2 slabbers grading standards in a side by side comparison as the NGC coin has a similar lack of lustre.
