Hey, I didn't think my offer would be too bad to get blocked. I mean the guy is trying to sell it for $900 MORE than what its worth and I offer just $15 LESS than its value. Which value do you think is the most sensible?
I see things like this more and more on
ebay. I'm currently looking for (inexpensive) 1936-dot and 1947-dot Canadian quarters. I'm amazed at what some people think these coins are, as they point out little specks here and there on the coins (not where the 'true dot' is) and look in a price book and think they have some kind of big money coin. I also get a sad feeling when some of those coins actually sell, knowing that someone, besides the seller, made a big boo-boo.
I'm just not sure if the sellers are shysters or clowns.
