Hey folks!

Just wanted to get your opinion on this.

I have bought a few rolls of 1959 Canadian pennies.

1 of the rolls was a little odd? As shown in picture 1 and 2 all the pennies in that roll were extra shiny? Not sure if they were dipped in something? Picture 3 and 4 are the regular looking pennies contained in all the other rolls I received. All 4 pics were taken in the exact same lighting.

Anyone have a clue about what may have happened to these?

The "foggy" look around the letters makes me think it was cleaned.
