I searched HA for full step examples, and I was pretty surprised by what was considered "full-step."

What do you folks think of this example, and why is, or isn't it a FS:

I'd characterize it as a sharp but incomplete strike - the bottom corners of the steps are missing and therefore not FS.

To me, all of the "garbledy gook" in the left half of the steps prevents it from FS status.
