While this is probably common knowledge to all the old timers it's new to me.

I was making a quick reference chart for modern silver proof mintage numbers and from 92 until 2011,the last mintage number in the 2014 book, I noticed the dimes, quarters and halves all have the same mintage number, until 04 in the State Quarters.

Were these coins only sold in sets? That would make sense for the equal numbers.

Where can I find the numbers for 2012 and 13?

Yes, all proofs are only sold in proof sets (either silver or clad). Starting in 2004, the silver quarters were also sold as a separate set (in addition to the full set), hence the higher numbers.

You should be able to find the production figures on the mint website, if it is updated to this point (which I think it is).
