I came across this 1/4 thaler (Swiss canton Bern, 1774):

Its obv. seems to be counterstamped with the letters PIC or PFC. Could someone tell me their meaning? Thanks.

okay I don't know their meaning but I know two things if it's a counter stamp by someone famous it will be worth a lot of money and second some people collect counter stamped coins
