Jeff now that was funny. Maybe one of these days I will figure out this picture thingy. lol Well until I figure it out. Its an 1830 50c coin at a buddys auction house. With great eye appeal but in their pictures it looks like a ding or a smudge of some kind at the top of the head. Other than that this coin looks great. Going to run by today and put it in hand. I will check the weight and get a better perspective then. I know I can get it if I want it there are really no coin people at this auction house. If I decide to buy it maybe I will have better luck loading a picture I take instead of a .jpg file. Thanks for looking though.

pawpaw - - John1's link will give you an idea on pricing. As you can see there can be quite a price difference as the grade increases. You have seen the half so this link will give you an idea of the grade. http://www.pcgs.com/photograde/#/Capped50/GradesIf you buy it take some pics and we will help you with the "picture thingy."

John and Jeff appreciate your help. Went and put this coin in hand and had to let it pass. It was a shame coin had great details with one ding at the top of the head. Which I could have lived with but it looked like someone had plated it. Sorry I haven't got back sooner had some family issues arise.
