2 Overstrike Coins 1712 And 1713 . Which Types?

Hello Forum members,

Ive got 2 coins from 1712 and 1713 in my collection. They both got overstruck by another coins as you can see. I think the first struck are coins from Belgium (Luik - Liege?) and overstruck maybe by an russian coin? The head looks like Peter II but I am probably wrong, just guessing..

They weight 2,92 and 3,01 gram. diameter is 24 mm.
