It looks like a Maria Theresa Thaler, but I can't tell you what version it is. They have been produced by many mints in many countries for many years. Here are a couple of sites with some information about them:

There are some other people on this website who know a great deal more than I do about them.

It's an Austrian Maria Theresa Thaler, essentially a silver bullion coin that has been struck with the date 1780 since 1780 (they still make them today and they still say 1780). There are interesting varieties but your pictures are too blurry to even start on finding them.

Could you try better pictures, the Zoom function on your camera can be tricky, but that is far too blurry to tell anything. There are tons of posts here for taking better pictures. If you can't get better pictures, then can you post what is written on it. Is there a date?

My guess is an Austrian 1/2 Thaler from 1746-1765.

Edit - I did say it was just a guess and

The clasp on the obverse looks round. This would be a sign that the coin is not a re-strike I think. Better pics would be very helpful.
Your camera should give you some indication that it's able to focus in macro at the distance you have between the coin and the camera. Check the manual? The camera might be too close. Also use something to stabilize your camera like a tripod.

It's completely impossible to tell from these photos: but the odds are WAY against you because over 300,000,000 modern restrikes have been made. This website has more information than you'll ever need:
