I would say your list is complete. I am wondering about your listing of 2 for the year 1997, though. There was a specimen set issued and if I recall the non-circulating sets had a specimen finish as well. Is there an actual difference between these?

Regarding 1997 I believe there was two set one from Ottawa one from Winnipeg both with specimen finish that's why I see them as two different
coins one was shiny other frosty
