It's not a coin. It's a variant of the Indian Hindu temple token known as the "Ramatanka". Do a forum search for that word and you'll find numerous threads where Ramatanka have been posted. Many of them look more like the one in this thread, with the distinctive giant earlobes everyone has. Yours, with the "haloes", is new to me, though the main design elements are clearly depicting the same scenes.
