I like ICCS's grades and think for the most part they grade very well but I don't like the holder and think if they slabbed they'd do much better.

Yes I know, but I've heard that they put whatever comments you want on the comment section which I've heard hurts their reputability.

Well I made a thread about it when contemplating sending some coins in to them for slabbing and special designation, I believe it was spp Ottawa that notified me on that and than when I contacted cccs they told me they do special requested designations so... Long story short they're still in quadrums.
