Um .. I'm afraid the photo isn't clear enough for me to really make it out. But what I can see appears to be the reverse (shield over cross Moline, CIV[ITAS] visible in one quarter) of a penny.

Can you get a sharper photo maybe?

Sorry, nothing in the photo is sharp enough to see except part of your fingerprint. Try resting the smartphone's edge on a stack of books so there's less shake.

Wait a sec, I know that guy - he's in some cartoon or other... something to do with the way-back machine.

Sorry, doesn't really help, all your outline does is make me see something that might or might not be there.

There's this thing called apophenia. "the experience of seeing patterns or connections in random or meaningless data" Some aspects are involved in seeing faces in things, such as the 'man in the moon'.

Without clearer photos we just can't tell whether this is an example of there appearing to be a face when there is not, or double striking of the coin or ...

The fact that it reminds me a bit of the portrait of Canute on this penny is neither here nor there..

Very-Odd-Coin

It also looks a little like Mr Banks from the Simpsons ..
