The weather was PERFECT for the Shank of January (or was it the Nub of February?) and we did some brisk business both days of the show! I think we managed to convert over a couple of Young Numismatists as well, something we always enjoy doing! One young lad really wanted that 1978-D Kennedy half in an MS66 OGH PCGS holder, and we marked it down for him -- and we gave him a 1917 Type One SLQ in AG condition and made him hear our little spiel on the coin before he could put it in his goodie bag. Another 10-year-old we gave a Queen Elizabeth II Coronation crown to in a neat plastic holder, since he liked British stuff. This is what it is all about, folks, sharing your numismatic knowledge and experience and passing it on to the younger crowd. I think we also gave a 50-something Morgan dollar collector some good tips on grading and Counterfeit Detection.

George
