Looks right for an S-223 R1

I agree on the S-223, but I think EFlargecents grade is low. Here is the same variety from the Dan Holmes sale in a little later die state that they called a F-12 and which NGC called a F-15. I think the OP coin is a little nicer. It shows a little more hair detail and about the same contact marks on the obv, the same detail but fewer marks on the rev. The Holmes coin is a hair stronger strike on the upper rev rim.
