looks like it could be an RPM but I am not positive try to get a better photo of the MM alone.
Chuck don't have one like it on his site but that only says that there hasn't been one sent in to him yet. he will know better than myself too

Kind of looks like post mint damage on the mint mark, but definitely need a close up of just the mark.
