Has anyone heard whether or not an update to Bowers' "A Guide Book of Lincoln Cents" is forthcoming? I keep putting off buying this book because it ends in 2008. I gotta believe the 2009 commemorative designs and the new shield reverse would be reason enough to tweak the last chapters.

I know Dave is working on his next book now, a follow up to his first published book Coins & Collectors, so it might be awhile, unless he has others working on the updates, which wouldn't surprise me. Have you tried just contacting Whitman publishing and asking them directly?
