Recently I went to the bank and got a box of pennies and 90 dollars worth in quarters and $25 worth in dimes. I found quite a few wheat pennies including a 1918 Wheat Pennie but no silver coins. my question is what coins should I get at the bank I've got $150 that I'm just going to keep on trading for more coins. what do you think?

I think the horse has bolted with silver coins. You might get lucky. Hindsight would be lovely.

Pennies are the best bet if you want to find keepers due to the fact there is on average probably 10 wheats per box. There is also copper which tends to be around 15% of a box and then many more things to look for. Wide ams, close ams, errors, 2009's, and probably a few more I'm forgetting. Silver is hard to come by these days wih halves still being your best bet. Quarters you can almost just forget about although there's probably like 1 silver in every 5 boxes it seems. Dimes only yield 1 silver on average per I think 2 boxes. Nickels aren't to bad either as you have silver, 2009's, buffaloes, and errors to look for. If you want to not feel like your wasting your time stick to pennies and nickels unless you can obtain halves.

Thanks Avshater22 ism going to get $500 dollars worth in halves so hopefully I'll get some silver in there. what you think of me spending $125 on pennies and $25 dollars on nickels? also are 2009 pennies worth anything? cause I get a ton of those.

Save the 2009 pennies, dimes, and nickels. If your bank is okay with you getting $125 in pennies, I would definitely go for it.

$25 of nickles might be hard since they are $2 per roll, might want to splurge and get the full 13 rolls for $26.

$25 in cents and $100 in nickels is one full box of each. Easy to carry out of the bank in one trip. Just under 40 lbs.
$125 in cents is 5 boxes and more than any one person should be lifting.

From my experience, nickels are usually your best bet if you want something fun to start out with. Most of us who search nickels are trying to put together a complete collection from circulation, which is hard but possible. 5 boxes should get you most of a simple date set 1938-Present except for the 2009, 1950, and maybe the 1942-1945 silver nickels. It's fun to collect wheat pennies, but getting box after box will not get you anywhere close to the complete 1909-1958 set; mostly 1939-1958 with a few scattered 10's and 20s.
Also, silver hit $50 an ounce back in 2011, so even non-collectors started searching boxes of halves. Finding a silver half dollar is about like winning the lottery. Same goes for quarters. Silver dimes slip into coinstars more regularly, but I've never found one in a box.
