I got this at the store I work at today. Really, really, sorry, I don't have a scanner. It's a crisp bill that may have come directly from the bank.

What caught my attention was that on the front right you can clearly see the green ink slightly bleed through. So much so you can see the outline of the 5's on the back.
When you look at the back you can clearly see on the right hand side the seal from the front.

But the most interesting thing is that on the back, you can see the serial number as if it was embossed on the paper!

The note you have is probably just a little bleed through as you said. The serial numbers are coming through the back? That can be explained by a good strong embossing seen usually on newwer notes.
