The date/grade does not make the value, this dime is missing the P mintmark that should be hanging out above the 2 in the date. This is not a case of a grease-filled die(although those are known for 1982 as well and bring much less money), the mintmark was not punched onto this particular working die so it was never present at all.

That is a great strike for a 1982, an issue that is normally found in LDS/VLDS.
