Groszy Pillar of the Community United States 589 Posts	Posted 01/29/2014 3:18 pm One thing that I have been curious about is why no one counts the Smithsonian specimen? All I ever seem to read on the Aluminum cents is that only one, the Toven specimen, is known. Similar to how the article says "In 2005, PCGS authenticated a 1974 aluminum cent struck at the Philadelphia Mint. It is certified PCGS MS62.", but again fails to mention the Smithsonian one.
