This one actually looks better than many in my collection. It sure looks like the overdate - the ones digit 8 seems to be squared off on the upper right and the loops of the 8 look filled in. DVCollector Bedrock of the Community United States 10045 Posts	Posted 02/03/2014 1:59 pm Wow--how did I miss an overdate post? Oh right--SUPER BOWL! The pointed "ears" on the top of the 8 are diagnostic for many 8/7. Do I also see a downstroke of the 7 in the lower loop? Based on what I see--high confidence in 1888/7.
