Does Provident Metals sell on ebay? I have one the search and found nothing.

No they don't. It would seem to me that with fees and such, Provident would not be able to hold their low PM prices, were they to sell on $Bay.

APMEX can do it because they are an Authorized Purchaser of bullion directly from the mint. So their overhead is smaller.
