Seeking opinions on how low silver could go before the low price stirred a buying frenzy and demand squelched the slide down.

I think times are a little different now then the last times silver went single digit. Metal investors know the potential gains silver can quickly attain from a low price. I saw a big shortage locally the last time it rapidly tanked from $30 to $20.

Just wondering how low it could go before the huge demand stabilized the price or even drove it back up.

I personally don't see it going below 15 unless something crazy happens. For 2014 I'm guessing a range of 17.50-23.00. With the internet and all the commercials on TV a lot more people are becoming interested. This is just my opinion.

No....no...no.....

Do we really need another " how low will silver go " thread ?

Aren't the 10 we have going already, enough?

Like Yup says, post after post after post (ad nauseam) on his blog, you and I are not going to affect the price of silver, no matter how many ASE's and Panda's we buy.

The only thing that is going to affect the price of silver, is institutional buying and selling. When the financial markets have nothing better to buy than silver and gold, only then will the prices be affected.

BIG +1 on what Denco said.

shootnstarz---Please see https://goccf.com/t/142068 You have hours of happy reading in front of you in that thread. This thread is just a unnecessary and
pointless duplication of what's been batted around over there for a long time now. Nothing is served by suffocating the PM Forum with multiple threads on the same exact subject.
