The bell lines are continuous and unbroken but they're weak. Is it still considered having full bell lines?

Both pictures are of the same coin.

It's still in the original mint set cellophane with the other four coins. The scratches are on cellophane.

Not sure. Looks like they kind of merge near the bell crack.

When it's your coin you always want the good news. But I believe it's not FBL. I can't really see the lines that great.

Yeah they are kind of mushy on the left side of the crack. That's why I asked.

They are all there. You just can't see them clearly defined at one angle. I guess that's an issue...

From the pictures, I would have to say no, but you have it in hand; I have a tough time photgraphing FBL examples in slabs so I would not rule it out. I am on my iPad and the pictures suggest proof - if that is the case, I do not believe it would be graded with the FBL designation as I believe that FBL is reserved for business strikes only (but there are proofs without the continuous lines on the bell also). Someone please correct me if that is inaccurate.

Now, how "bout a picture of the obverse!

Correct, a proof Franklin would not get a FBL designation from either NGC or PCGS

Here's the obverse. The scratches are on the cellophane packaging from the mint. There no marks on the coin that I can see.

About it being cameo. This is what it looks like in hand. Maybe a little nicer than the pictures show.
