Looks legit. Post weight, diameter and performance performance magnet test to further help confirm the identity.

As long as the mintmark doesn't look altered/added (I can't tell from the image), it's highly unlikely that it is a fake. This coin appears to be in a VG grade at best, with a market value below $100 in that grade. That would be too low a value to make it worthwhile to make a counterfeit.

I don't see much that worries me, understanding the images are too small to be sure. The right C in the mint mark looks lower than the left, and this configuration is known for that date.

Pending the weight (should be around 26 grams) and a ring test, it looks like any number of worn cc Morgans I've owned. I like the chop in the right wing. $50-75 coin.
