Hello. I have a 1994 D quarter. On the reverse, I am seeing an "extra line" under the branches, leaf, and around the eagles face. Is this a lamination error? Your input or knowledge would be appreciated. Thank you.

It almosts look like the outline of a leaf on the tip of the second L in dollar, that's all I see.
