This is the same person that sold my friend an opened 1938 set of coins.
When he got it, they weren't proof coins but, rather cleaned and non proof coins.
My friend finally got his 4g's back. but the guy is still at it.

Of the two my friend bought, both were frauds.

How do we get a guy like this off of ebay?
Can we?

Lower right hand corner of his auction is a link to report the auction. Just be sure it is fraudulent. I am curious as to why he did not leave negative feedback to warn others? If I was taken for a ride like that you can bet I would be going after him with more than a negative......

he said his wife is paranoid and the guy has an Italian lastname, and was afraid of some repercussions.

Hmm.....that's not cool judging someone and their actions by a name. To each their own I guess.

Well, one way is to leave negative feedback so potential buyers are aware of it.

I don't see your friend has left any negative feedback after his very bad experience.

The only way this guy is going to go away is if Buyers leave honest and open Feedback.

His only neg so far is for shipping an item to the wrong person.

One Neg like that is not going to make him go away. Repeated Negs for defrauding people will eventually result in suspension. If you really want him off of ebay then your friend (and others) will have to leave the negative feedback.

Doing nothing but venting on the forum gets zero accomplished.

westernsky.. that's the way I see it, but I can't make the guy do anything.
I guess others will be burned...
At least people here will be aware of his actions.
