This item: "2005 Limited Edition 2-Colour 2004 Poppy 25-Cent Bookmark with Lapel Pin", as J&M calls it, is what I have recently purchased on clearance.

What is its market value? J&M has it as an item of "Price on Request". Should I go by the ebay prices, or are they overpriced?

The reason for my question is that I got it at a way lower price than whatever's on ebay.

Thanks!

Charlton 2014 Vol 2 says there were 29,951 of these sold for an issue price of $12.95. Book value for MS65 is $20. We were looking for one around mid-2012 and if I remember correctly this was the only listing for them on ebay at the time.

Thanks, kuh85
I bought one from Colonial Acres for around half of that price. If grade matters, it's probably a lower grade.

I bought a few of these at my local PO in 2006 for $9.95.
Have one intact left, and one I haven't quite freed from the plastic. Surprised that these held their value.

My coin should make it up to MS 65 (the scratches are on the plastic). Hopefully buyers nowadays are not picky enough to grade the pin and the bookmark surface.

Is the plastic bad for the coin or something?

I expect they've held their value because there wasn't a circulation release this year; just the bookmarks.

I don't know if it's the image quality of pictures online, but my coin seems to be plated in a gold-coloured metal whereas the ones online look simply like a normal quarter.
