Some Cameo Coins , Quarters 64 & 66 SMS, And 67 SMS Half...

eSinger Pillar of the Community United States 523 Posts	Posted 02/10/2014 7:32 pm Much Better pictures this time.. I used my Camera instead of my USB microscope First is the 64 Proof Quarter. I fully think it is DCAM as the mirror/frost contrast is the best of that era I own. It helps me to see just what that would be in person so to speak. Later I have a 67 SMS Half that is Cameo but now I wonder about DCAM....I just do not know, but it is still a spectacular find for $10. Next up is a 66 CAM Quarter. Nice one, best I have of the SMS Quarters but not quite the 64 above. I tried a dip to get the milk spot off and now I know why PCGS offered $10K to find a way to get them off...Still it is a nice quarter. Last is my 67 CAM Half. I am so glad the wife got to open it first. She is also excited and hopefully more into finding new ones. As for grades, I dunno, the 66 Quarter has the 'spots' buy the nose but still maybe a SP66CAM, the 64 Proof Quarter, PR67DCAMish, and the 67 SMS Half...maybe a strong SP66 CAM but possibly a SP67 CAM.
